Respecting Our People, Protecting Our Movement

This campaign runs on trust. When you visit this site, share your info, or chip in, you deserve to know exactly how it all works. These are our ground rules, written in plain English.

1. Using this Website

If you’re here, welcome. By using this site, you agree to treat it respectfully and legally. No hacking, lying, or messing with how the site runs.

2. Donations

All contributions go through ActBlue. Federal law says you have to be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, give from your own money, and not be reimbursed by anyone else. There are also legal limits on how much you can give — ActBlue and the FEC handle that tracking automatically.

3. Your Info

When you share your name, email, or phone, we’ll use it only to keep you updated about the campaign. We will never sell or rent your info to anyone. Standard message and data rates might apply if you get texts from us, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

4. Content on This Site

Everything here — logos, photos, writing — belongs to the Kyah Creekmore Committee. You’re welcome to share it to support the movement, but don’t steal or misuse it for personal gain.

5. Links to Other Sites

Sometimes we’ll send you to other places on the web, like ActBlue or social media. We don’t control those sites, so we can’t be responsible for what happens there.

6. Children

This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from kids under 13.

7. Liability

We’ll do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect. If something goes wrong, the Kyah Creekmore Committee isn’t responsible for any losses or damages.

8. Updates

We might update these terms now and then. If you keep using the site after changes, it means you’re cool with the new version.
